Return Policy

No returns will be accepted without a receipt or invoice.

Charles Street Liquors must be notified within 14 days from date of the in-store purchase or 14 days from the date of delivery.

If you suspect a product you have purchased from us is bad, simply put the cork back in the bottle and leave the wine in as well.  We are not able to take back any empty bottles. Then contact us and let us know of the situation.

Taking care of our customers is the most important thing to us. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us and we will do all that we can to make things right.
