This batch is an exclusive to Charles Street Liquors! We tasted several barrels of Buffalo Trace - the barrel we chose was the unanimous favorite. Buffalo Trace bottled every last drop and sent us the empty barrel. As you know, here in Beacon Hill, floor space is hard to come by... so we delivered this fresh & wet barrel to our friends at Idle Hands. They did not disappoint! They pumped in their fresh Triplication, aged it, then and bottle-conditioned it over the winter. So GOOD, you'll want to buy two!

What do you get when you take our Abbey-Style Tripel and age it in used bourbon barrels? We think heaven. Another layer of complexity develops from being in contact with the oak and essence of the original spirit that is as unique as each barrel used. Prost!
